Our aim is to provide research findings and thinking that our clients find useful and valuable. We may not always tell them what they are hoping to hear but we try to make the message relevant, meaningful and illuminating.
Projects begin by ensuring we understand our clients needs – this often means interrogating the brief and doing some desk research ourselves. Our research design will be tailored to addressing the objectives and will be implemented with great attention to detail.
Staying small has meant the principals can be involved in pretty much all projects, either leading the research team or as part of it.
Analysis is both an individual and team effort as is the interpretation of the findings. We then build on this to develop our thinking on the implications for our client’s next steps. We prefer to have the opportunity to present and discuss what has emerged and are very happy to provide summary or detailed reports.
